Here's an interesting tidbit for your Monday: In an effort to combat traffic and the crowded city streets, Caracas, Venezuela has dispatched 120 mimes onto the scene. Dressed in their trademark brightly colored, clown-like outfits and white gloves, they "wag their fingers at traffic violators and at pedestrians who streaked across busy avenues rather than waiting at crosswalks."
Although I've always been a little afraid of mimes, isn't this a clever idea? What would you do if you were driving along and saw a mime directing traffic? xoxo
