I have been living life to the max spending time with amazing people and whoops...not blogging. Ok so I am yet to get used to the sitting myself down and posting weekly part of my blog, but I do think and talk like a blogger for the most parts. I have been as I said living life to the max (a rather 90's human traffic sort of phrase I thought I might dig out for a while). And I also have been a bit ill, we all know that me and ill means more time to spend on eBay breaking my own rules. You will be happy to know my rule breakage only went as far as a hat and then I stopped!!!
I had my first official sale last month and I had a great time. I calculated that my profit was about £40 and I was so proud. I also met some loverly people and would definitely do another sale. I wouldn't mind it being my business if I am honest. I took my new camera Dorothy with me and true to my dyer technological form I deleted all the photographs I took. I would like to give a special shout out to Mel my next door stall neighbour who is opening a boutique in my home town, Mary a wonderful Scottish lady who I talked with for ages and Louise who organised the whole thing. I put a lot of effort in with my bags, tags and signs and the stamp can be used when I come to make business cars ooh get me eh!
My photography work is also going well I shot a friends wedding this month and I have another this weekend. The couple are really nice and they are friends of a friend. Bookings through word of mouth have picked up and my photography future is looking bright here are a selection of images from my first ever wedding!
In two days time I have my second ever wedding and I do feel more confident I got the first one out of the way. I am also trying to build up my portfolio with modelling and promo shoots and keep myself busy.
I have a job interview in Colchester Essex in 15 days time for a live in nanny position its very good money a month with no rent or food to pay for and most weekends off plus time for education. I have been thinking about going back to college eventually to do my NCJT Diploma in journalism because I am more than certain after having some time off that fashion writing and journalism is what I want to do with my ever so crazy, quirky unique and creative life.
